Richelle Marshall, QMHASenior Director of Community Health Services

    Richelle Marshall serves as the Senior Director of Community Health Services at Rogue Community Health, overseeing Community Health Services leadership staff, Member Services, and Transitional Housing programs. Her role extends across various settings, including clinics, schools, community partner locations, transitional housing, patient homes, and local community events. Richelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University and has been a certified Traditional Health Worker (THW/CHW) since 2019.

    Her expertise in case management, community health work, resource navigation, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation has been central to her successful career. Richelle joined RCH in 2017, drawn by its mission and core values, which resonate deeply with her values of quality, respect, partnership, compassion, and integrity.

    Richelle’s approach to healthcare is fundamentally patient-centered. She believes in recognizing patients as experts in their own lives, empowering them to articulate their goals, strengths, and barriers. She provides a balanced combination of empowerment, education, skill-building, advocacy, support, and resource access, enabling patients to make informed decisions and take steps toward their health goals.

    In her personal life, Richelle is an enthusiastic ultrarunner, enjoying the tranquility of running on scenic trails. She also finds joy in attending music concerts, spending quality time with her family and friends, and cuddling with her American Bully.
