Patient Advisory Cohort
Join our Patient Advisory Cohort: Be the Voice of Change
What Is a Patient Advisory Cohort?
The Rogue Community Health Patient Advisory Cohort (PAC) provides you with an opportunity to represent patients and families who receive care at RCH. As a PAC member, you'll meet once a month online for four consecutive months, providing valuable insights and advice on enhancing our processes, patient care, and clinic operations. Occasionally, we convene teams for particular topics or initiatives, which may meet in person.
Why Your Participation Matters
Your voice is crucial. By sharing your experiences and insights, you'll play a key role in improving services for all RCH patients. Your contribution will impact the lives of individuals and families and positively influence our broader community. To show our appreciation, regular PAC members receive a thoughtful gift and a certificate of recognition.
Who Can Serve in the PAC?
- Rogue Community Health members who are 18 years or older.
- Only one member per household/family.
- You’ll need to join Zoom meetings with a computer or a smart device.
- You must attend and actively participate in four consecutive monthly sessions.
