Whether you seek one-on-one support or the solidarity of group therapy, our empathetic and professional team is here to guide you every step of the way. We offer in-person and virtual appointments.

That’s why our Ashland, Medford, and White City Health Centers have on-site Behavioral Health Clinicians ready to help our members alongside their Primary Care Provider and other care team providers. Whether you're dealing with stress or in need of assistance with lifestyle changes to support your medical goals, our professional counselors are here to help. Our team is committed to working with you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

Our School-Based Behavioral Health services provide essential mental health support right where it's most convenient – in schools. We're committed to fostering the well-being and academic success of our community's youth, offering accessible, professional, and friendly care that makes a real difference in their lives.

Locations: Table Rock Elementary, White Mountain Middle School, Eagle Point High School, Eagle Point Middle School, Eagle Rock Elementary, Hillside Elementary, Butte Falls School, and Shady Cove School. We also provide off-site support for Lake Creek Academy.
