Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Oregon Health Plan. For more information on your coverage, please contact your insurance provider.
Can I receive care if I don't have insurance?
Absolutely. We believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Rogue Community Health receives federal funding to assist qualified patients who are either uninsured or underinsured. This assistance provides discounted services for qualifying patients.
Can I find out how much my visit will cost ahead of time?
The No Surprises Act is a law that helps protect you from unexpected medical bills and ensures you only pay the in-network cost-sharing amounts. Those without insurance or limited coverage are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate, which gives you an upfront idea of the total expected cost for any non-emergency services.
How can I pay my bill?
You must make your co-pay if you have one at the time of service. If you have an outstanding bill with us, you can pay online.
