Our Ashland Health Center is a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the residents of Southern Oregon. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we prioritize accessibility and affordability in healthcare and ensure that each patient receives personalized, high-quality care.

In addition to medical services, our Ashland Health Center features an on-staff Behavioral Health specialist ready to offer support with everything from diet and nutrition to  managing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, improving family and interpersonal relationships, and developing coping strategies for life's challenges. Rogue Community Health earned a five-star ranking from the Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Program. This is the highest recognition of clinical excellence and innovation a primary care clinic can receive. In Oregon, less than 5% of all primary clinics have achieved this designation.
