Weekly clinics are currently taking place at the following locations and times:

Medford Health Center
19 Myrtle St, Medford OR 97504
Tuesdays, 8 – 10 a.m.

White City Health Center
8385 Division Rd
Wednesdays, 1:20 – 4:30 p.m.

You must make an appointment in advance by calling 541-773-3863.

Who is eligible?

COVID-19 Vaccine booster shots are available for Moderna vaccine recipients who completed their two shot series with the last one being more than 6 months ago. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is also available for primary and booster vaccines.  Patients may receive a booster at least 2 months after their initial Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Our health clinics offer the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccines during the following times:

  • In-clinic provider visits in Medford, Ashland, White City & Butte Falls
  • Weekly vaccine clinics in Medford and White City
