Jeff Warren

Jeff Warren, RN, BSN, is a dedicated RN Case Manager based in Ashland. He provides comprehensive care coordination to the Rogue Valley population. His educational background includes a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BSN from Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA.

Jeff’s commitment to excellence was demonstrated early in his career as an NCAA Division I athlete in cross country and track & field at the University of Colorado, showcasing his discipline and teamwork skills.

Jeff cares deeply about utilizing his nursing skills to serve those facing socioeconomic barriers to accessing healthcare. His role as an RN Case Manager allows him to directly impact the well-being of individuals in the community, ensuring they receive the care and resources needed to improve their health outcomes.

Outside his professional life, Jeff is an avid cyclist, runner, skier, and beachgoer. He fully embraces Southern Oregon’s natural beauty and abundant outdoor opportunities.
