Rogue Community Health is committed to fostering systemic equity in all our services, practices and policies. Rogue Community Health is dedicated to ensuring that every patient and workforce member can pursue health and well-being free of barriers or disadvantages due to race, ethnicity, language, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, social class, economic status or other socially determined circumstance.

RCH demonstrates its commitment to advancing health equity by implementing an equity review process for all formally adopted policies, initiatives, and work products. Board members use an equity lens per Board policy when reviewing information or making decisions. The purpose of this policy is to ensure all RCH Board guidance and decision-making will advance health equity and reduce the potential for unintended consequences that may perpetuate disparities.
