Dr. Hannah Schreiber, DO, is a distinguished physician at Rogue Community Health in Medford. She brings a rich foundation of knowledge and compassionate care to her practice. She earned her D.O. from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine, completed her residency at Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency in Colorado, and is ABFM Board-Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Schreiber holds an AOA Distinction of Advanced Osteopathic Training in Family Medicine and a certification in the treatment of opioid addiction.

Dr. Schreiber’s clinical interests are broad and patient-focused. They include maternal-child health, addiction medicine, mental health, family planning, Hepatitis C treatment, primary care procedures, and medical education.
