Sara Kinney, MS, FNP-BC, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Rogue Community Health in White City, where her expertise and compassion are at the forefront of patient care. Sara received a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the University of California, San Diego, followed by both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. Her commitment to excellence in nursing was recognized with her induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society in 2013.

Sara’s clinical skills are extensive. She has special interests in treating Hepatitis C, medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, and comprehensive women’s health care, including pap smears, STI counseling and treatment, contraceptive counseling, and Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removal. She is committed to providing care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, ensuring that all patients receive the personalized care they need.

Sara was drawn to Rogue Community Health by its commitment to high-quality, comprehensive healthcare for Southern Oregon’s most vulnerable communities. She is passionate about working alongside her patients to improve their health and healing outcomes. Her work at RCH reflects her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Outside of her professional role, Sara enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and her adorable Goldendoodle. Her hobbies include hiking and crafting, and she finds joy in using her Cricut to create fun crafts and gifts.
