Chelsea Murray
Chelsea Murray is a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University. Specializing in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, and grief, Chelsea encourages clients to explore their outlook, thoughts, and behaviors through a lens of self-understanding and kindness.
Chelsea’s therapeutic approach integrates various evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered methods, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and empathetic support and aims to empower her clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

In her personal life, Chelsea enjoys music, art, and film, traveling, hiking, playing pickleball, and reading.
