Ceci Robe
Ceci Soares Robe, BS, is the School Health Program Director at Rogue Community Health, where she supports the operations of four State Certified School-Based Health Centers (SBHC). With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the prestigious Universidade Federal de Pernambuco in Brazil and a certificate in English as a Second Language from Brigham Young University, Ceci brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role.
Since bringing the SBHC program to Rogue Community Health in 2010, Ceci has been a passionate advocate for this unique model of care. Her 24 years of dedication to providing students with comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and dental prevention services is driven by the program’s mission to ensure accessible care for all school-enrolled children.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Ceci is able to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse communities, further enhancing her ability to support vulnerable school-age children and youth in Jackson County. Her work is a testament to her belief that it is a privilege to contribute to the health and well-being of the community’s youth, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive.
In her free time, Ceci enjoys reading, traveling, and riding her dual sport bike through the beautiful landscapes of Southern Oregon. However, her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family, particularly her four grandchildren, who are central to her happiness.
