Carol Ann Anglesey brings a wealth of therapeutic experience to her work as a clinician. She has been a therapist for over 20 years, working across the United States and the UK. Carol Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Weber State University, where she graduated with honors. She earned a master’s degree in social work from Walla Walla College, also with honors, with a double emphasis on treating youth and families as well as mental health.

Carol Ann primarily works with individuals struggling with trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-empowerment. Her therapeutic modalities include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian therapy, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Carol Ann’s approach helps clients identify thinking errors, adverse habits, and environmental challenges while discovering and learning to love their true selves. She takes pride in her clinical work and strives to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Carol Ann was attracted to Rogue Community Health because of its collaborative work philosophy, progressive culture, supportive leadership, authenticity, and integrity. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Carol Ann enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing the piano, watching TV, and solving puzzles.
