Anne Graham
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Rogue Community Health’s Eagle Point Clinic, Anne Graham strives to deliver excellent, top-quality care to every patient, every time. She holds a Master’s Degree with Honors from South University and a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Anne is also a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists.
Anne’s recognitions include the VALOR residency award from the Veteran’s Administration, the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America, and the Scouter of the Year honor.
At Rogue Community Health, Anne values the sense of community and the family-like atmosphere. She works closely with her patients to develop personalized care plans that help them achieve their health goals, fostering a partnership that enhances their overall well-being.
Her clinical expertise spans family medicine for individuals aged two and up, special needs care for children and adults, feeding tube management, and acute and chronic wound management. She is also proficient in weight management for underweight and overweight patients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding on trails with friends, caring for her chickens and cats, and her involvement with her church family. Anne is also a voracious reader and chronic learner who constantly seeks new knowledge and experiences.
