William North

William North has a broad background in healthcare, including ambulatory, hospital, and health plan administration at the executive level. William has worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations at the local, state, and national levels to develop sustainable, community-based solutions targeting some of the most difficult issues facing the health and human services community. With extensive knowledge of the public policy arena, legislative/regulatory processes, and system dynamics, William has a comprehensive understanding of strategy, policy, and change management.
A results-driven leader and strategist with 30+ years’ experience, William has worked enhancing operational productivity, executing business plans, collaborating with executive-level decision makers, and directing market-based initiatives. A skilled negotiator, process facilitator, and conflict mediator, William seeks to create sustainable, integrated, and systemic solutions. William has demonstrated skill as a global thinker and astute communicator experienced in building relationships across sectors.
William is currently the Executive Officer of Rogue Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Medford, Oregon. Previously, William was the President/CEO of an integrated healthcare system providing a full range of services including health plan, ambulatory care, specialty network, and ancillary services. William has served on a variety of state/national boards and committees with a focus on healthcare, human services, and social drivers of health. William graduated from the University of Colorado with an MBA emphasizing policy, strategy, and organizational development and holds a BSBA degree from the University of Southern Colorado. William is also a Certified Public Accountant.
