She has worked in mental health since 2006 and in psychiatry since 2016. Her specialty in psychiatry is a vital part of Rogue Community Health’s comprehensive care approach.

At Rogue Community Health, Kiara values the extensive services complementing her psychiatric care, enhancing the overall patient experience. She offers telehealth appointments for most follow-up visits, making it easy to prioritize your mental health.

Outside of work, Kiara enjoys swimming, kayaking, and jigsaw puzzles.

Drawn to the opportunity to serve children, especially those with limited access to healthcare, Misha found the perfect fit as a School-Based Health Center Nurse Case Manager, where she has the opportunity to provide preventative care to the young members of our community. In her role, Misha focuses on the health and well-being of students, ensuring they receive the care they need in a supportive environment. In a testament to the effort she puts into her job, Misha was awarded the #1 SBHC Visits Champion of the Year for 2022-2023.

Outside of work, Misha enjoys hiking and crocheting.

Jaimee Turner serves as the Behavioral Health Intake Manager at RCH Behavioral Health where she supports the intake team and the integrated behavioral health team. With a Master’s degree in Public Safety/Emergency Management and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Jaimee’s educational background is as extensive as it is impressive. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), specializing in community mental health and serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Jaimee joined the team at RCH Behavioral Health to expand her skill set and deepen her understanding of integrated behavioral health. She believes in the fundamental right of all individuals to have equal opportunities to enhance their health and well-being in mind, body, and spirit. Jaimee emphasizes the importance of recognizing each person’s unique story and strengths, and she advocates for behavioral health services standing as an opportunity to contribute to one’s journey to wellness.

Outside her professional role, Jaimee is an enthusiastic lover of the outdoors, finding joy in everything from mountain adventures to coastal explorations. She is an avid sports fan and participant, and she finds music and regular walks to be sources of calm and well-being. Above all, her faith and family are central to her life, providing her with her greatest joys.

Jeffrey T. Jacob, DMD

El Dr. Jacob recibió su título de odontólogo de la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad de Louisville en Kentucky.
Antes de unirse a Rogue Community Health como Director Dental en 2018, se desempeñó durante nueve años como
Director del Servicio de Salud Shawnee en el sur de Illinois.

El Dr. Jacob, que habla español con fluidez, disfruta trabajar con pacientes latinx. Además, se ofrece como voluntario
verano en una clínica en una zona rural de Guatemala. Es miembro asociado de la Asociación Americana de
Odontopediatría y es un apasionado de la salud bucal infantil. Cuando no trabaja, le encanta encontrar
aventuras con su familia en el hermoso sur de Oregon.

El Dr. Jacob es bilingüe en español.
