Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is EMDR trained, adding a valuable dimension to her therapeutic skill set.

Karen Elliot, QMHP-R

Karen Elliot serves as an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician in White City, bringing a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her role. She earned her Master’s in Counseling and Student Personnel from San Jose State University and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society.

Karen specializes in helping clients with various challenges, including:

Outside of her professional commitments, Karen enjoys engaging with nature through hiking and gardening. She also enjoys cooking and home improvement projects.

Misión y enfoque:

Creo que todos pueden obtener una mejor calidad de vida y lograr un mejor nivel de recuperación en cualquier grado, con apoyo y atención enfocados. Mi enfoque se basa fuertemente en la terapia cognitiva conductual, la entrevista motivacional, la atención informada sobre el trauma, el modelo de reducción de daños, la resolución colaborativa de problemas y el desarrollo de la conciencia personal y la resiliencia. Richelle Marshall, QMHA

Richelle Marshall serves as the Senior Director of Community Health Services at Rogue Community Health, overseeing Community Health Services leadership staff, Member Services, and Transitional Housing programs. Her role extends across various settings, including clinics, schools, community partner locations, transitional housing, patient homes, and local community events. Richelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University and has been a certified Traditional Health Worker (THW/CHW) since 2019.

Her expertise in case management, community health work, resource navigation, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation has been central to her successful career. Richelle joined RCH in 2017, drawn by its mission and core values, which resonate deeply with her values of quality, respect, partnership, compassion, and integrity.

Richelle’s approach to healthcare is fundamentally patient-centered. She believes in recognizing patients as experts in their own lives, empowering them to articulate their goals, strengths, and barriers. She provides a balanced combination of empowerment, education, skill-building, advocacy, support, and resource access, enabling patients to make informed decisions and take steps toward their health goals.

In her personal life, Richelle is an enthusiastic ultrarunner, enjoying the tranquility of running on scenic trails. She also finds joy in attending music concerts, spending quality time with her family and friends, and cuddling with her American Bully.

Jennifer Beaudoin, MSPAS, MPH, PA-C

Jennifer Beaudoin, a skilled Physician Assistant at the Ashland Clinic, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She completed her Master of Science in Physician-Assisted Studies and her Master of Public Health MPH from Touro University and has been certified through the National Commission on Physician Assistants since 2013. Her leadership was exemplified in her role as Lead Advanced Practice Provider at OHSU South Waterfront Family Medicine from 2021 to 2023.

Jennifer specializes in lifestyle and preventive medicine, focusing on holistic health and well-being. She joined Rogue Community Health for the opportunity to serve a diverse community and to be part of an organization deeply rooted in the Rogue Valley.

Jennifer views her role as a partner to her patients, prioritizing meeting them where they are and understanding their individual health goals and priorities. She emphasizes the importance of communication and building therapeutic relationships as fundamental to effective primary care.

Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of activities, including cooking, baking, hiking, traveling, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and reading by the fire. Her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her kids and husband.
