Shantell Dendauw brings a warm and understanding approach to her role as a Dental Hygienist at Rogue Community Health Dental on Royal Court.

Having worked in the valley for many years, Shantell’s decision to join our team was influenced by the positive experiences echoed by patients and staff alike, along with the recommendations of friends who have been part of our community.

Shantell believes in creating connections and truly listening to her patients. She understands that fear and anxiety are common barriers in dental care and is dedicated to working with her patients to come up with a plan to get their hygiene needs met in a way that is comfortable and tailored to each person’s needs.

Outside the clinic, Shantell enjoys spending time with her daughter and the companionship of her dog, Galileo. She loves music and concerts and also enjoys Oregon’s scenic beauty, exploring its coasts and hiking trails. She also values spending time with close friends and family.

In her personal life, Megan is actively involved in various activities. She enjoys weightlifting, playing soccer, and watching football. Her love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies, which include hiking, camping, and boating. Traveling and spending time with family and friends are also integral parts of her life.

Ryan Eberserger, LCSW

Ryan Eberserger, LCSW, holds a Master’s in Social Work from Western New Mexico University, where he also earned a Graduate Certificate in Rural Community Social Work Services.

Specializing in a range of therapeutic modalities, Ryan’s focus is on healing the mind and body from the impacts of stress, trauma, and attachment issues. He is a Certified HeartMath Stress Reduction Practitioner, bringing innovative and evidence-based practices to his therapy sessions. His approach is rooted in helping clients navigate and regulate their nervous systems and emotions while providing a safe and nurturing environment for growth and healing.

Outside of work, Ryan loves getting outdoors with his family. On his days off, you’ll find him river rafting, fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, or heading to the coast in search of big waves with his surfboard.

Eryn Rose, DDS

Dr. Eryn Rose, a dedicated dentist at both the Royal Ct Dental Clinic and Butte Falls Dental Clinic, brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role. She holds an equivalent to a BA in Scandinavian History from the University of Helsinki, Finland, and earned her DDS degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Dr. Rose cares deeply about public health, particularly in increasing access to dental care in rural areas. 

Outside the dental office, Dr. Rose is an avid downhill skier and hiker, reflecting her love for the mountains and the great outdoors. She enjoys listening to podcasts, always seeking new and interesting ones to accompany her on hiking trips. 

Delana Hunnicutt, LPCA, NCC, QMHP-C

Delana Hunnicutt is a highly skilled Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician and Team Lead at Medford Primary Care Clinic and through Telehealth services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (December 2012) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University (December 2020). Delana obtained a Certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care from the University of Michigan, School of Social Work (May 2023) and is also trained in Somatic Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Delana specializes in integrated behavioral health within primary care settings, focusing on short-term, brief interventions, trauma and PTSD, and working with school-aged youth, adolescents, and adults. She was drawn to Rogue Community Health by its values and mission, which align with her approach to care.

Her philosophy centers around helping individuals build resilience and improve their mental well-being, enabling them to thrive and live their best life. Delana believes in holistic, team-based care, and sees strong, supportive relationships as the cornerstone of healing. She empowers her clients to be experts on their own journey, emphasizing that true well-being encompasses the wholeness of one’s being.

Delana’s approach integrates more than just thoughts and emotions; she also considers the impact of a client’s physical health, social circles, and environment on overall well-being. She advocates exploring mindfulness practices, healthy habits, and community connections that support a holistic approach to healing.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Taylor is a Licensed Personal Counselor Associate, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. She was recognized as the “Make it Happen Therapist of the Year 2022,” highlighting her dedication and impact in her field.

Her specialty lies in Cognitive-Based Therapy, where she focuses on helping clients through brief, solution-focused treatment. This approach allows Malinda to assist her clients in addressing their mental health needs in a practical and efficient manner.

Her dedication to the field was recognized with the Oregon State Pharmacist Association Pharmacist of the Year award in 2023, highlighting her exceptional contributions to pharmacy practice.

Amy is passionate about collaborative, whole-patient care. At Rogue Community Health, she values the opportunity for pharmacists to work closely with all care providers, ensuring patients receive the best possible care from a medication perspective and addressing other barriers to health. Her work is driven by a commitment to overcoming these barriers and expanding pharmacy services to enhance patient outcomes.

Alexandra Stout, PA-C
