She also aims to support them in transforming their challenging experiences into sources of power, confidence, hope, and freedom.

Kathryn lives life to the max outside of her delicate therapeutic work with her clients. She loves creating fun and spreading laughter, and she fills her soul cup by spending time with her family and friends. Her adventures often include riding horses, hanging with her dogs, trying new things, climbing tall mountains, chasing sunsets, and facing her fears.
