Autumn Polidor
Autumn Polidor, MD, embarked upon her career as a Family Physician at Rogue Community Health in 2018 after completing a Family Medicine residency at OHSU Cascades East in Klamath Falls. She received her medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine after completion of a Premedical post-baccalaureate program at the same institution. Dr. Polidor is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Polidor takes a patient-centered approach in her medical practice, employing shared decision-making and goal-setting. She has a strong sense of empathy, curiosity, and compassion and wants every patient she meets to feel heard and understood. She utilizes evidence-based medicine and seeks to continually advance her medical knowledge.
Dr. Polidor is particularly interested in Addiction Medicine and is working towards board certification in this field. She provides all services via Telemedicine, enhancing patient access to care.
In her free time, Dr. Polidor enjoys spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors, snowboarding, gardening, foraging, and rambling with her family. She can also be found making maple syrup, sewing a sock monkey, or working her way (slowly) through the works of Charles Dickens.
