Calisa Warnke, MBA
Financial and Administrative Officer
Calisa serves as both the Financial and Administrative Officer. She manages the company’s financial functions, human resources and facilities activities, and many business processes, including project and change management and strategic plan implementation. Her career spans over 20 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and healthcare strategy.
Prior to joining Rogue Community Health, Calisa was part of the leadership team for a non-profit organization that provided various healthcare services to rural Idaho populations.
She is passionate about improving processes in the healthcare industry, including alternative payment methodologies and value-based pay. She also advocates for workforce development and always looks for ways to develop and support RCH’s very talented workforce.
She currently serves on the Finance and Operations Committee for the Oregon Network of Community Health Centers and as a Board member of Jackson Care Connect.
She is most proud of her three amazing children, and when she is not working, she can be found on the sidelines of sporting events, cheering her kids on!
Calisa joined RCH in January 2018.
