COVID-19 Testing for RCH Patients 18+

Rogue Community Health is currently providing the COVID-19 vaccine to all RCH patients who are 18 and older.

Medford Site – 1322 E. McAndrews Rd., Suite 102

When You Arrive

When you arrive for your COVID-19 test, please follow the steps below to ensure the safety of yourself, patients and staff:

  1. Follow signage to park in the specified area.
  2. Once you have parked, call 541-631-2646 to advise the testing team that you have arrived. Provide the make and model of your vehicle, and please continue to wear your mask until instructed otherwise.
  3. Our testing staff will come out to your vehicle in full protective equipment to provide paperwork for you to complete and to collect the specimen.
  4. Your test will be processed by the lab, and the ordering medical provider will be given the result. The clinical team will aim to be in touch within 24 hours regarding next steps, which can include quarantine or further testing. If you don’t hear from them within that time frame, call the clinic to request a status update.

Eagle Point Site – 11160 Hwy. 62, Suite A

Wednesday testing clinics have been canceled until further notice. The Eagle Point COVID-19 testing site is currently open Fridays, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

When You Arrive

  3. Provide the make and model of your vehicle, and please continue to wear your mask until instructed otherwise.
  4. Our testing staff will come out to your vehicle in full protective equipment to provide paperwork for you to complete and to collect the specimen.
  5. Your test will be processed by the lab, and the ordering medical provider will be given the result. Sofia-2 Testing

Rogue Community Health uses Sofia-2 testing devices, which can test for COVID-19, strep throat and influenza. The test has a sensitivity of 95.2% and a specificity of 100% for COVID-19.
