1. ) Eligibility
• Babies featured must be 0-18 months old and residents of Jackson County, OR.
• Persons submitting to the contest must be 18 years or older and must be residents of Jackson County, OR.
• Persons sharing baby photos, videos or stories must be the parent or guardian or have the permission of the baby’s parent or guardian to share.
• Current employees of Rogue Community Health are not eligible to participate.

2.) Usage
• Entries will appear in a photo gallery hosted on Rogue Community Health’s website and on social media.
• Winners will be announced using their submitted photos on social media, the Rogue Community Health website, and within additional marketing materials (banner, newsletter, etc.).

3.) Contest Timing
• Contest will open March 15, 2024, 10 a.m. PST and will close March 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PST.

4.) Prize(s)
• Rogue Community Health will award three (3) category winners each with a $150 Visa gift card.
• Any resulting taxes are the responsibility of winner(s).
• Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

5.) Selection
• Winners for each category will be selected following the contest close (March 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PST).

6.) Notification & Claiming Prizes
• If submission was made via webform, we will contact winner by email provided. If submission was made via Instagram, we will tag the winner.
• Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize and to provide a mailing address. $150 Visa gift card prizes will be mailed to winners’ addresses.

7.) Additional Terms
