MEDFORD, ORE. (Aug. 20, 2020) — Next week, Aug. 24 – 28, from 4-6 p.m. each day, Rogue Community Health (RCH) will be giving away free cloth masks and hand sanitizer at select grocery store locations near its five health centers in Jackson County.
Locations and dates are as follows:
- Monday, Aug. 24: White City Grocery Outlet at 7571 Highway 62
- Tuesday, Aug. 25: Prospect Store at 500 Mill Creek Dr.
- Wednesday, Aug. 26: Butte Falls General Store at 415 Broad St.
- Thursday, Aug 27: Ashland Food Co-op at 237 N. 1st St.
- Friday, Aug 28: Medford Grocery Outlet at 35 E. Stewart Ave.
Providing quality masks and hand sanitizer for protection against COVID-19 is a part of fulfilling the RCH mission “to improve health, especially for the most vulnerable, in partnership with our community.”
Masks are double-layered with an interior filter pocket, metal nose frame and adjustable straps. The hand sanitizer has more than 60% alcohol, as recommended by the CDC.
Rogue Community Health will also reward Jackson County mask wearers with entry into a drawing for a $250 Visa gift card.
